Service actions over MCP: evict, listeners, chaos monkey Added in 1.6.0
Service-level MCP action tools in CritterWatch: evict_service (remove a retired or dead service, purging its summary, alerts, metrics, timeline, agent health and alert-config overrides, and freeing a slot at the licensed service cap), the listener tools pause_listener / restart_listener / drain_listener (by endpointUri; pause is durable and cluster-wide, drain is one node and graceful), and the chaos-monkey tools (enable/disable, failure rate, slow handler, projection failure rate, deterministic projection poison, seed_dead_letters) for staging drills.
